• Ensures excellent customer service while producing high quality products.

• Provides leadership, manages, and develops people.

• Opens and closes the restaurant.

• Maintains Food, Labor, and Cash Controls.

• Promotes a professional image while encouraging a fun work environment.

• Accurately completes required daily and weekly paperwork.

• Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and all company policies.

REQUIREMENTS
