Developer Relations Manager Jobs in California (NOW HIRING)

We are seeking a visionaryDeveloper Relations Managerto engage with the next generation ofAI-native software companies-the builders creating entirely new categories of products powered bygenerative models, agents, and multimodal AI. In this role, you will partner directly withAI-native founders, product leaders, and engineering teamsto help them design, optimize, and scale their AI platforms on NVIDIA technologies. You will guide companies buildingagentic systems, AIcopilots, developer tools, reasoning models, and multimodal AI applications, helping them accelerate training, optimize inference, and deliver world-class AI experiences to millions of users. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise inAI in systems, developer platforms, and large-scale inference infrastructurewith a passion for working alongside the world's most ambitious startup founders and engineers.

What you will be doing:

• Serve as atrusted technical advisorto the next generation of AI-native companies building category-defining applications such as developer copilots, AI search engines, agentic platforms, and multimodal creative tools.

• Work directly with startup founders and engineering teams toarchitect and optimize AIworkloadsusing NVIDIA technologies including CUDA-X libraries, TensorRT-LLM, Triton Inference Server, NVIDIA NeMo, NIM microservices, and GPU-accelerated data processing frameworks.

• HelpAI-native companies scaletraining and inference infrastructure, optimizing model performance, cost efficiency, and latency across NVIDIA accelerated computing platforms.

• Guide startups through complex architectural decisions includingmodel optimization, inference scaling, agent frameworks, multimodal pipelines, and real-time AI systems.

• Collaborate closely with NVIDIA engineering, research, product, and go-to-market teams toidentify emerging AI-native categories and influence NVIDIA's platform roadmap.

• Build strong relationshipswith founders, CTOs, and technical leaders across the AI-native ecosystem toensure NVIDIA is the platform of choice for the most innovative AI companies.

• Support the creation ofreference architectures, AI blueprints, and best practicesthat enable AI-native companies to deploy scalable AI applications and agentic systems.

• Partner with NVIDIA's Industry Business Development teams, Solutions Architects, and Account Managers to accelerate adoption of NVIDIA technologies across high-growth AI-native companies.

What we need to see:

• BS/MS degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, developer relations, solutions architecture, technical partnerships, or product management within AI, developer platforms, or large-scale software systems.

• Hands-on experience building or scalingAI-powered products, developer platforms, or large-scale cloud services.

• Strong expertise inmachine learning infrastructure, model serving, distributed systems, and real-time AI applications.

• Deep understanding of the modern AI stack includingLLMs, agent frameworks, multimodal models, and inference optimization.

• Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams and startup founders toinfluence product architecture and technical roadmaps.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain complex AI systems to audiences ranging from engineers to startup founders and executives.

• Experience working within fast-moving startup environments or supporting high-growth developer ecosystems.

Ways to Stand Out from the crowd:

• Experience working with AI-native startups building developer tools, AI copilots, agent platforms, search systems, or multimodal applications.

• Hands-on experience optimizing LLM training or inference workloads using frameworks such as TensorRT-LLM, Triton Inference Server, CUDA, RAPIDS, or similar GPU acceleration technologies.

• Experience building or scaling AI infrastructure platforms, developer tools, or agent frameworks used by large developer communities.

• Demonstrated success working directly with startup founders and early engineering teams to shape product architecture and platform strategy while also helping them scale to full out platform companies.

• Experience contributing to open-source AI frameworks or developer ecosystems.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 152,000 USD - 241,500 USD for Level 3, and 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4.Applications for this job will be accepted at least until August 3, 2026.
