Job description

Join JRC's Marketing and Communication Team!
We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy, with a primary focus on bringing our radiationhardened semiconductor technology products to market. This role drives marketing initiatives that highlight JRC's expertise in Aerospace Systems Engineering, RadHard Semiconductor Technology, and Research & Development. The ideal candidate combines strategic marketing capability with handson execution and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging.

What You'll Do

Marketing Strategy & Content Development 

  • Develop and execute JRC's producttomarket strategy for radhard semiconductor technologies.
  • Create and manage marketing materials including capability statements, brochures, onepagers, technical inserts, white papers, and digital content.
  • Translate complex engineering and technical information into accessible, missionaligned messaging.
  • Oversee website content, social media presence, email engagement, and targeted digital outreach.
  • Support brand positioning for JRC's engineering, R&D, and technical capabilities.

Corporate & Internal Communications 

  • Maintain consistent corporate messaging aligned with JRC's values and technical pursuits.
  • Support internal communications related to cultural initiatives, corporate announcements, and leadership updates.
  • Coordinate with Program Managers and technical teams to ensure accurate and secure reporting of project milestones and accomplishments.

Public Affairs & Event Support 

  • Plan and execute JRC's presence at industry events, trade shows, and technical symposia.
  • Prepare leadership for speaking engagements, panels, customer meetings, and stakeholder interactions.
  • Oversee development of booth materials, banners, video content, and eventrelated marketing assets.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing or corporate communications, preferably within the DoD, defense contracting, or aerospace sectors.
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills with the ability to distill technical information.
  • Experience supporting executivelevel communications.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Bonus Points

  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, CRM systems, and web CMS platforms.
  • Experience producing materials for federal customers and technical stakeholders.
