As a Developer, you will play a key role in building and delivering automated self-service technology solutions, helping accelerate and simplify value delivery across all business lines.

What you will accomplish with us
As a Developer, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are your main responsibilities:


  • Understand and validate technical requirements in collaboration with the Product Owner and users
  • Contribute to the development, deployment, and maintenance of DevX solutions following DevSecOps best practices
  • Design and integrate solutions using appropriate architecture and design patterns
  • Ensure the security, confidentiality, and quality of delivered solutions
  • Perform required testing throughout the development lifecycle up to production release
  • Collaborate with platform, infrastructure, and security teams to orchestrate and automate services
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices
  • Provide technical support for production solutions (issues, maintenance, monitoring)
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and contribute to solution sustainability
  • Actively participate in Agile team activities (planning, ceremonies, definition of done)

What will help you succeed in this role
We are looking for someone who:

  • Is recognized for their analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates strong collaboration and communication with peers
  • Shows rigor and a strong focus on quality and security
  • Is proactive and driven by continuous improvement
  • Has at least 2 years of experience in information technology
  • Holds a college diploma (DEC) or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • Has a good understanding of Agile and DevOps principles (Scrum/Lean)
  • Has knowledge of the following technologies:
    • Cloud and containerization (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes)
    • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Bicep, ARM)
    • Software development (JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Angular)
    • DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Git, GitOps, Artifactory, SonarCloud, Snyk)
  • Experience with system integration and orchestration (APIs, event-driven architectures, Pub/Sub patterns, CQRS, Event Sourcing)
  • Knowledge of orchestration tools (asset): Ansible Automation Platform, Camunda, Mulesoft, Kafka, Azure Event Hub, Azure Service Bus
  • Is fluent in French (spoken and written), as the team operates primarily in French
