Business Developer – HOA Associations & New Community Development

Location: San Antonio, Texas & Surrounding Areas
Compensation: $40,000 Annual Base Salary + Competitive Commission Opportunities

Are you a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and driving growth? Lifetime HOA Management is seeking a Business Developer to expand our presence throughout San Antonio and surrounding markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys networking, connecting with community leaders, and developing strategic partnerships with Homeowners Associations (HOAs), developers, builders, and new residential communities.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for business development, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to identify opportunities that create long-term partnerships and company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with HOA associations, developers, builders, and emerging residential communities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HOA board members, developers, builders, community stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase brand awareness and market presence.
  • Generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and track opportunities through the business development process.
  • Conduct presentations, proposals, and meetings with prospective clients and community boards.
  • Attend networking events, industry conferences, community meetings, and association functions to build valuable relationships.
  • Research market trends, new developments, and growth opportunities throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas.
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to ensure successful onboarding and transition of new accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, opportunities, and business development activities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales and growth objectives.
  • Represent Lifetime HOA Management with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, HOA management, property management, real estate, or related industries preferred.
  • Knowledge of HOA communities, residential development, real estate, or association management is highly desirable.
  • Strong networking, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to establish trust and develop long-term partnerships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to travel frequently throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas.
  • Availability to attend occasional evening meetings, networking events, and community functions.
  • Ability to represent the company professionally in various business and community settings.
