Job description

Role Overview:

As a high-performing Business Developer Director (IC) at Nuitee, you will be key to our exponential growth. You will bring exceptional value to new clients and contribute to our vision of reshaping the travel technology landscape. Win and successfully on-board new customers in the Managed Travel segment for the assigned region. All travel companies that are focused on providing services, content and technology within the travel ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the end to end sales cycle from identification and prospecting leading to a successful win and onboarding of the customer.
  • Develop the sales strategy at an individual customer level and continuously drive the velocity of the sales pipeline by adopting best practices and tactics that drive successful conversions.
  • Be a subject matter expert across Nuitee's set of products and deploy the best solution to the customer, successfully positioning Nuitee as a strategic partner.
  • Form and nurture multi-level and multi-function relationships with the stakeholders at customers including the C-Suite. Be able to network through on-line and off-line means to build a robust pipeline.
  • Be able to successfully champion the customer internally and draw on the best resources and capability to drive a successful win.

Requirements:

  • At least 8+ years of successfully selling B2B solutions into the travel segment.
  • Be disciplined and have demonstrated experience in managing sales velocity and developing and nurturing multi level relationships.
  • Be insightful and inquisitive and be able to feed market feedback into development of new products and solutions.
  • Be a team player and able to successfully partner with internal teams including operations, product and on-boarding teams.
  • Be able to champion our values of "Think Big, Sense of Urgency, Stay Humble and Data Driven" internally and externally.
