Familiarity with programming languages (such as Java, C#, or Python), database management systems, and tools like SQL, Jira, or version control systems is typically required. Developer Analysts often act as a bridge between technical development teams and business stakeholders. They regularly participate in meetings to gather requirements, clarify project goals, and translate business needs into technical specifications. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as Developer Analysts must address issues and adapt to feedback from both technical and non-technical team members.
