Job description

Deliver skilled care for patients with complex medical needs.

We are seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN to support patients undergoing detox in a structured clinical setting. This role focuses on monitoring withdrawal symptoms, administering medications, and providing compassionate care throughout the detox process.

Schedule

  • 7p-7a | 12‐Hour Shifts
  • Per Diem flexibility

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor patients for withdrawal symptoms and changes in condition
  • Administer medications per protocol (including CIWA/COWS protocols)
  • Perform routine assessments (vitals, intake/output, symptom tracking)
  • Provide patient education and emotional support
  • Collaborate with RNs, providers, and behavioral health teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • Active NM LPN/LVN license
  • 1+ year of clinical experience (detox, behavioral health, med-surg, or LTC preferred)
  • Experience with withdrawal protocols (CIWA/COWS) preferred
  • BLS required
  • Strong communication and de-escalation skills
