Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients' histories and needs, laying the groundwork for effective treatment strategies.

• Design individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide therapy sessions.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing a trauma-informed approach to ensure a safe environment for personal growth and healing.

• Keep timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards, ensuring accountability and high-quality care.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including medical providers and case managers, to advocate for and support clients across different systems of care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities such as clinical supervision and training workshops to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

• Maintain strong community resource connections to assist clients in accessing necessary support services, advocating for their needs every step of the way.

This role primarily focuses on individuals seeking detoxification services, presenting a diverse array of mental health challenges. You will work with clients from various backgrounds, each on their unique recovery journey, reinforcing the importance of culturally responsive care and addressing systemic barriers to mental health support. Qualifications

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Nevada or eligibility for licensure.

• A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).

• Demonstrated proficiency in trauma-informed care and a strong commitment to cultural competency in practice.

• Excellent clinical judgment and emotional intelligence to navigate complex client situations effectively.

• Proven ability to create meaningful therapeutic relationships that foster client engagement and promote recovery.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of direct practice experience in outpatient, community, or integrated care settings is highly preferred.

• Previous experience working with detox and substance use disorder populations will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside performance-based incentives. Our total compensation package includes:
