The Server Assistant is responsible for supporting the service team by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the dining room. This role ensures tables are properly set, cleared, and reset to support seamless service.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with delivery of food and beverages to guests
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and back-of-house areas
  • Refill water, assist with bread service, and respond to guest requests
  • Support servers in maintaining section readiness and guest satisfaction
  • Stock service stations with necessary supplies
  • Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines
  • Assist with opening and closing duties
  • Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by Manager
