Job Description

The Franchise Strategy & Management team drives the global vision and strategic development and execution of franchise strategy and plans to cultivate IP growth and drive revenue throughout the franchise ecosystem. The Senior Associate, Symphony Partnerships & Franchise Strategy is responsible for developing & executing cross-channel marketing and franchise strategy initiatives to cultivate brand growth and drive revenue throughout the franchise ecosystem. The role will focus on aiding in the development and execution of strategic, comprehensive campaigns & in-park programs designed to maximize both parties’ exposure and ROI.  This role will be expected to act as a project manager for various internal partners within the organization, providing ideas & recommendations to deliver on UDX’s high standards. In addition, this role is responsible for executing on-property, digital / social, and media integrations to promote UDX & other Comcast / NBCU brands.

Major Responsibilities include:

  • Manages the development and execution of cross-marketing campaigns for Franchise & NBCU Symphony Initiatives across UDX consumer touchpoints
  • Strategically plan tactics and campaigns to maximize the value of Franchise & Symphony initiatives using both existing and innovative / experiential channels
  • Partner with UDX cross-divisional teams including Revenue Operations, Entertainment, Park Operations, Global Brand & Commercial & other divisions to execute activations & integrations to UDX high-standards 
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with key internal & external partners while supporting the development and execution of partnership programs
  • Create and share cross-divisional presentations and communication to internal & external teams
  • Manage/support in-park and on-site signage, product placement, experiential events, research, and other non-traditional marketing tactics
  • Develop & maintain reports, post-campaign recaps, weekly status reports and content calendars 
  • Assist in the execution of long-term global franchise strategies for the NBCUniversal portfolio
  • Evangelize brand strategy and guidelines among cross-functional internal teams 
  • Represent UDX opportunities and drive franchise coordination across key cross-company businesses 
  • Serve as a champion for best-in-class culture with an emphasis on collaboration, innovation and inclusion
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Manage project and program timelines with acute attention to detail.
  • Work closely with the business teams across UDX to understand their needs and help find partner solutions.
  • Create strategic and cohesive presentations and related communication documents.

Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of partnership management, marketing or Franchise Strategy (internship experience will be considered)
  • High degree of professionalism and respect for confidential information
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint/Keynote, Word and Excel
  • Comfortable adapting to change in a continuously evolving environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, good follow through, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, time management, solution-oriented and resourceful.
  • Strong written, verbal & listening skills required.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at a time
  • High degree of professionalism and respect for confidential information
  • Creative thinker with the ability to retain details and anticipate project needs
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule across multiple time zones as well as nights and weekends, etc., as needed

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is required, majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or other related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
  • Consistent attendance is a job requirement.
