Job description

Our client is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide high-touch, white glove IT support within a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with years of hands-on desktop support experience who thrives in smaller teams, communicates confidently with end users, and enjoys being the go-to problem solver. This is an onsite position based in Fairfield County, CT.
Desktop Support Engineer's Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide white glove desktop and end-user support to internal employees, including executives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues both in person and remotely
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies using Active Directory
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
  • Administer device management and endpoint security through Intune
Desktop Support Engineer's Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 3 years of IT or Desktop Support experience
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in financial services or trading environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Proven experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Intune
  • Comfortable providing support in a white glove, high-expectation setting
