Job description

UBEO Business Services, the premier provider of business technology products and services, is seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative / Desktop Publishing to join our team in College Station, TX!
UBEO is a distributor/servicer of document equipment and software solutions. Primary products include Canon, Ricoh, Xerox and Konica Minolta multi-functional equipment and Kyocera printers. UBEO specializes in electronic document management software and integrations.
Department: Customer Service Production
Reports To: Store Manager
FLSA Status: Part Time / Hourly
Purpose
This position is responsible for assisting customers and helping produce orders.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Ability to provide customer service for internal and external customers and must be able to work within a team atmosphere
  • General knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook)
  • InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop a plus
  • Design experience a plus
  • Must have general computer skills, 10-key typing skills, E-Automate experience preferred

Qualifications
  • HS Diploma or GED

Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Ability to sit at desk for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to talk on the phone and work with various computer tools and applications.
  • Ability to type and compose written communication in various forms.
  • Ability to lift 20+lbs on occasion.
