About the Role:

The Content Creation Coordinator will support the CrowdStrike social media team in all aspects of content production and creative execution. This role will help bring social content to life through editing, podcast production, motion graphics, on-site content capture, and day-to-day creative support.

This person will play a key role in helping the team produce fast, engaging, platform-native content for social media while supporting larger campaigns, events, and executive visibility initiatives.

The ideal candidate is creative, adaptable, highly collaborative, and comfortable working in both production and post-production environments. This role will also include travel for on-site content capture at company events including CrowdTour, Fal.Con, and other field marketing activations.

What You'll Do:
  • Support day-to-day social content production and editing

  • Edit short-form social videos for platforms including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube

  • Assist with podcast production, editing, formatting, and publishing workflows

  • Create light motion graphics and social-first visual assets

  • Produce captions, cutdowns, and platform-specific content variations

  • Support content planning and creative brainstorming sessions

  • Assist with on-site filming and content capture at events and activations

  • Coordinate shoots, schedules, gear prep, and production logistics

  • Organize and maintain media libraries and project files

  • Help ensure content aligns with CrowdStrike brand and social standards

  • Stay current on social content trends, formats, and platform best practices

What You'll Need:
  • 5+ years of experience in content creation, video editing, social production, or digital media

  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced production environments

  • Strong editing instincts for short-form social content

  • Collaborative and adaptable team player

  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Strong understanding of social-first storytelling and platform trends

  • Comfortable traveling and capturing content on-site at live events

  • Experience editing short-form social content

  • Familiarity with podcast production workflows

  • Experience with live event or on-site content capture preferred

  • Experience working with brand or corporate social media teams is a plus

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $86,000 - $135,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
