Job description

Hillside in McMinnville, OR, a HumanGood community nationally rated as Best Senior Living community for Independent Living and Memory Care by U.S News & World Report, is looking for a talented Concierge to join our team! 

Under general supervision, the Concierge supports the care, safety, and well-being of residents in Residential Living. This role fosters awareness of residents’ needs and interests, promoting independence and engagement while maintaining privacy and rights. The Concierge coordinates guest services by assisting residents, visitors, and vendors; providing information in person and by phone; and operating office equipment while performing general clerical duties. As a company representative, the Concierge is expected to maintain a professional demeanor and support resident satisfaction.

Available Schedule:

On-Call weekend coverage needed                                                       

Pay ranges: $17+ depending on years of experience

To be successful in the role, you would have:

  • One year experience working with elderly requiring memory support, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
  • Prefer three years’ clerical experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
  • Computer skills using Microsoft suite and desktop publishing software, faxing, copying and the use of a paper shredder; minimum one year
