Position: Desktop Support Technician (Casino Floor)
Location: Las Vegas, NV (Onsite – Casino Environment)
Type: 3-Month Contract
Industry: Gaming & Hospitality
Position Overview
Fusion HCR is seeking a hands-on Desktop Support Technician to support a fast-paced casino floor environment for a leading gaming organization. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills across a variety of end-user devices and peripherals, with the ability to work directly in a high-traffic, guest-facing setting.
The ideal candidate is comfortable supporting both back-of-house and casino floor systems, is adaptable, and open to a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite desktop support across casino floor and back-office environments
Troubleshoot and support desktops, laptops, and user hardware issues
Support and maintain peripherals including printers, embossers, scanners, and related devices
Assist with basic POS system support and connectivity troubleshooting
Utilize ServiceNow (or similar ticketing system) to manage and resolve support requests
Perform basic network troubleshooting, including checking ports, connectivity, and cabling
Support system setups, moves, adds, and changes (MAC work) across multiple properties as needed
Travel locally between Las Vegas-area properties when required
Qualifications & Requirements
2+ years of desktop support experience in a professional environment
Experience supporting hardware including PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and specialty devices (embossers a plus)
Basic understanding of POS systems and troubleshooting
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
Basic networking knowledge (ports, cabling, connectivity troubleshooting)
Strong customer service skills with ability to work in a casino floor environment
Comfortable working a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Ability to travel locally between properties as needed
