Position: Windows Desktop Support / Help Desk
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Duration: Contract / Long Term
Rate: $ 40 - 45/hr
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 1/Level 2 technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
  • Support users with Microsoft 365/Office 365 applications.
  • Perform user account and access support using Active Directory/Azure AD/Entra ID.
  • Install, configure, image, and deploy desktops and laptops.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tickets within established SLAs.
  • Assist with hardware refreshes, software installations, and endpoint deployments.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with end users.

Required Skills:
  • Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting experience.
  • Desktop/Help Desk/Service Desk support experience.
  • Active Directory and/or Entra ID/Azure AD.
  • Microsoft 365/Office 365.
  • Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
