Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative that is bilingual to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking who is familiar with Eclinical Works (ECW) EMR for scheduling.
Responsibilities 
  • Greet patients as they arrive and provide an excellent customer service
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
  • Maintain a clean and inviting environment

Qualifications
  • One or more years of experience as a receptionist in a Medical Family Practice Office
  • Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Familiar with computers and scheduling software, (EClinicals EMR is preferred)
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
