Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Repair design with CATIA V5 and GD&T of Aero structures metallic and/or composite structures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Support aero structures non-conformance disposition.
  • Conduct repair design and discrepant hardware evaluation.
  • Develop repair concepts and technical substantiation.
  • Prepare repair documentation.
  • Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Stress, Design, and Certification teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Fuselage, nacelle, pylon product knowledge.
  • Experience with fuselage skins, frames, stringers, floor beams, pressure bulkheads, door structures, cockpit structures, structural machined parts, sheet-metal assemblies, and composite aerostructures.

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
