Job Title: Design Strategy Specialist
Location: Full Time / Fully Remote

The Moore Group is looking to hire a Design Strategy Specialist to develop strategy, value insights, and innovation across complex digital ecosystems. This role blends research, strategy, facilitation, and design to drive measurable user and business outcomes-ideal for someone with strong internal consulting experience who thrives in ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end design strategy and value insights work-from discovery to future state
  • Evaluate site-specific operational needs that led to standardized solution frameworks.
  • Turn user research, metrics, and data into actionable insights that improve productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Guide experience and process strategy, support business cases, and define value measurement
  • Unify fragmented experiences across applications and platforms
  • Translate strategy into tangible artifacts (journey maps, service blueprints, roadmaps)
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and align cross-functional teams
  • Deliver clear, executive-ready recommendations and presentations

Qualifications:
  • Background in design strategy, service design, UX research, or interaction design
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven ability to connect user insights to business value and UX ROI
  • Internal consulting experience in large, complex organizations
  • Experience influencing without authority and navigating enterprise environments
  • Exposure to AI-enabled capabilities in business processes or platforms a plus
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills
  • Solid understanding of technology-enabled business transformation and system implementations.
  • Degree in a related field preferred

Required Start Time: Due to national and international operations, a start time of 8 a.m. EST is required.
