HYA is seeking a Design Strategist to join our Boston office. This role bridges research, data, and design, with a focus on shaping the future of work. This is an ongoing project supporting workplace design strategy for a top US technology company. The position is client-facing, involving close collaboration with the client and adjacent stakeholders to translate insights into spatial and strategic outcomes.

Who You Are
  • A creative thinker who can translate complexity into clear, compelling stories.

  • Skilled in data analysis, research synthesis, and visual communication.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, distributed team environment.

  • Background in workplace design, applied research, or data analytics a plus.

  • Passionate about how environments shape the way people work, learn, and connect.

Responsibilities:
