Job description

Operations Coordinator

Location: Morganville, New Jersey โ€” In Person

Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time for the right person

Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour

Position Overview

FOUND is a globally scaling fashion brand redefining accessible luxury through thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and storytelling.

As we continue expanding our international wholesale business and global operations, we're looking for an exceptional Operations Coordinator who thrives on organization, execution, accountability, and making complex operations run seamlessly.

This is a highly accountable role responsible for ensuring our wholesale partnerships, customer success initiatives, and internal projects execute at an exceptional level. You'll become an operational engine behind some of the most important areas of our business, working directly with leadership and teams across the company.

If you love bringing order to complexity, building better systems, solving problems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, you'll thrive here.

Passionate About Doing Great Work

At FOUND, we believe exceptional companies are built by people who genuinely care about the work they do.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing things wellโ€”not simply checking tasks off a list, but thinking about how something can be done better, faster, and more effectively. You should naturally care about the details. You notice when something is missing, follow through without being asked twice, and feel ownership over the outcome of your work. Whether you're coordinating an international partner, preparing for a showroom, resolving a customer issue, organizing a project, or building a new process, you approach the work with the same level of care and accountability.

The best operators don't wait for problems to become urgent. They anticipate what needs to happen next, create structure where it's missing, communicate clearly, and make the people around them more effective. We're looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about doing great work and doing it exceptionally well.

A High-Performance Environment

Fashion is a fast-moving industry, and building a global brand requires a high level of execution.

We operate across e-commerce, international wholesale, production, marketing, customer experience, and multiple seasonal collections simultaneously. We work toward fixed deadlines for global sales markets, collection launches, showroom appointments, and major commercial moments throughout the year.

The pace is fast. Priorities can change quickly. Execution matters every single day.

We're looking for someone who thrives in this kind of environmentโ€”someone who enjoys moving quickly, solving problems, taking ownership, and maintaining an exceptional standard even when there are multiple priorities competing for attention. This role requires someone who is highly proactive, relentlessly organized, resourceful, and comfortable with accountability.

If you're looking for a highly predictable role where you're given a task list and simply work through it, this position is probably not the right fit.

If you enjoy taking ownership, figuring things out, creating order, and being part of an ambitious team building something meaningful, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Own

Wholesale Partnership Operations

You will help own the operational execution of our international wholesale partnerships from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day communication and follow-up with international wholesale partners
  • Preparing meeting agendas, documenting action items, assigning next steps, and ensuring commitments are completed
  • Coordinating showroom logistics including samples, shipping, timelines, assets, appointments, and launch preparation
  • Maintaining master calendars for seasonal deadlines, global market appointments, collection launches, and partner deliverables
  • Tracking outstanding requests, approvals, orders, payments, samples, and other critical partnership milestones
  • Keeping leadership informed through clear, accurate project updates and status reporting
  • Identifying potential delays or problems early and proactively helping drive them toward resolution

Project & Documentation Management

You'll create structure across fast-moving projects by:

  • Maintaining organized documentation, presentations, briefs, reports, order confirmations, sales information, and project files
  • Creating clear systems for tracking projects, deadlines, responsibilities, and deliverables
  • Building repeatable processes that improve operational efficiency
  • Tracking multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are consistently met
  • Following up across internal and external teams to keep projects moving
  • Serving as a central point of accountability for operational execution
  • Identifying areas where better systems, processes, or documentation can prevent future problems

Customer Success & Brand Support

You'll help protect the FOUND customer and brand experience by:

  • Managing customer escalations and helping ensure timely resolution
  • Routing issues to the appropriate internal teams with complete context
  • Monitoring social channels for customer concerns, opportunities, and partnership inquiries
  • Tracking unresolved issues and following through until they reach resolution
  • Identifying recurring customer issues and helping leadership understand where processes can be improved
  • Maintaining a high standard of communication that reflects the FOUND brand

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who naturally creates order where others see chaos.

You are:

  • Extremely organized and process-oriented
  • Detail-obsessed and attentive to small things that others may overlook
  • Highly accountable, dependable, and consistent
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Able to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • An excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Proactive rather than reactive
  • Resourceful and comfortable figuring things out
  • Confident following up with people and holding projects accountable to deadlines
  • Comfortable working directly with leadership
  • Someone who follows through without needing constant reminders
  • Someone who takes genuine pride in the quality of their work

You don't need someone constantly telling you what to do next. You understand the objective, create a plan, communicate when something is blocked, and keep moving until the job is done.

About FOUND

FOUND is a global fashion brand redefining accessible luxury through thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and storytelling. At FOUND, we believe exceptional brands are built through exceptional execution. Every detail mattersโ€”from the products we create and the experiences we deliver to the partnerships we build and the way we operate behind the scenes.

We're shaping the next chapter of FOUND and looking for people who believe meaningful work deserves exceptional execution.

If you're someone who brings structure, ownership, curiosity, urgency, and relentless attention to detail into everything you do, we'd love to meet you.
