Located in Saint-Alphonse de Granby, WR Transformateur is one of the leading manufacturers of dry-type electrical transformers, with over a decade of experience. With a partially automated production line and a young, dynamic team, we consider each of our employees essential to maintaining our high standards of product quality. Functions: Create various diagrams for transformer design.

Prepare cost estimates based on the specifications. Act as a resource person for new product development. Prepare the technical design documentation.

Check for raised system failures and ensure effective corrective measures are implemented. Convey the information to the 3D designer Hold a diploma related to electricity Have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a designer of electrical transformers (mandatory) Proficient in reading electrical and mechanical plans Master English Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Problem-solving skills Be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (an asset) Have a good knowledge of SolidWorks software (an asset)
