Project Manager - Construction Supervision (Real Estate)

  • Coordinate the various technical mandates awarded to external professionals and contractors.
  • Act as a resource and support person for clients and colleagues.
  • Supervise and coordinate the execution of small to medium-sized real estate projects (e.g., workspace design, mechanical infrastructure, building finishes) for the credit union network.
  • Provide project management and expert advice to clients and partners (general managers and managers of the credit union network, field teams, external suppliers, etc.) to ensure the smooth execution of work schedules (e.g., managing risks, deadlines, supplies, suppliers, etc.). You must also identify the issues.




Requirements

Requirements:

  • - Bachelor's degree or college diploma (DEC) in architecture or building mechanics
  • - A minimum of four years of experience in managing office construction/renovation projects
  • - Ability to read architectural, electromechanical, and planning plans
  • - General knowledge of construction across all trades (engineering, architecture, interior design, project management)
