Qualifications

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in interior design completed.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design, including significant experience in project management (multi-phase, multidisciplinary) and all stages of a project (budget management, scheduling, issue assessment, risk management, etc.).
  • Experience in managing budgets and timelines.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders (clients, developers, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Revit (a strong asset).
  • Proven leadership and ability to mobilize teams toward project objectives.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail in managing assignments.
  • Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken, as you will be collaborating with Québec-based teams.
