dcbel is looking to hire a Product Design Lead (UX UI) to work in dcbel's Product Team. This role focuses on defining that experience end to end. It combines hands-on product design with system-level ownership, ensuring every interaction feels consistent, intuitive, and reliable as the platform evolves. Beyond day-to-day design, there is meaningful room to drive direction, elevate standards, and influence how experience is shaped across the organization.

Main responsibilities

Define the system. Shape the experience. Raise the bar. Product defines business objectives and priorities, while this role defines how thoseobjectives are experienced.


  • This role blends execution with authorship. It involves designing high-impact userexperiences while establishing the structure that ensures consistency, clarity, and scalabilityacross a multi-surface platform.
  • Work spans experiences used directly by customers, as well as those supporting partnersand internal operations. These interactions are interconnected and collectively shape how theproduct performs and is trusted in real-world conditions.
  • The role carries a strong mandate to define how experiences come together as a cohesivesystem, while contributing directly to critical product moments.


Key requirements

  • 8+ years of experience designing digital products, including at least 3 years leading a
    team of designers
  • Strong experience designing consumer-grade digital products where clarity and
    simplicity are essential
  • Proven experience working across multiple touchpoints or product surfaces
  • Experience leading a small team of designers to deliver coherent, development-ready
    assets in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience contributing to or building design systems and scalable interaction
    patterns
