Job description

We're a family-run window treatment company specializing in Hunter Douglas, one of the most trusted names in the industry. We're a small, fast-moving team that takes real pride in what we do. From the first consultation to the final install, we make the experience feel effortless for our clients.
The Role
This is a full-time, in-showroom position. You'll be the first face clients see and the engine that keeps our day-to-day running. You'll greet walk-ins, field calls, process sales, and keep things organized. No two days are exactly alike, and that's what makes it great.
Location: Hockessin, DE | Full-Time, 100% On-Site
What You'll Get
  • Pay: $26-$29/hr + bonus opportunities | OTE $63-65K Year 1, $65-68K Year 2
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:30 AM-5:30 PM | 1-2 Saturdays/month (10 AM-2 PM)
  • Benefits: $200/month medical reimbursement
  • 5 days PTO + 6 paid holidays

What You'll Do
  • Welcome and assist clients in a warm, professional, and knowledgeable manner
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls throughout the day
  • Process sales, create invoices, and ensure payments are collected
  • Track leads and keep the CRM up to date
  • Coordinate scheduling and support daily operations
  • Manage the showroom independently for stretches of the day
  • Keep the showroom organized and and clean throughout the day
  • Assist with window treatment installations as needed
  • Pitch in on special projects and install support when the team needs it
