The Specifics of the Role
  • Lead a project team of engineers, architects, and designers to successfully execute projects that meet client and industry standards.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Ensure design quality through implementation of project quality reviews.

  • Oversee the submittal and RFI review process, and perform site visits to confirm work aligns with design intent.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) accredited university or college.

  • Broad knowledge of advanced manufacturing, food & beverage, consumer, or ecommerce environments, with an understanding of client requirements and industry standards.
  • Competitive drive and persistence to overcome challenges and deliver results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Strong communicator, able to present clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
