Position Description: Overview:Performs advanced Deposit Operations functions requiring research, exception handling, problem-solving and application of operational and compliance knowledge within established policies, procedures and guidelines.Responsibilities and Results:• Research and resolve operational discrepancies within established guidelines • Handle routine and moderately complex exceptions while escalating high-risk, sensitive, or unclear situations as appropriate • Demonstrate understanding of operational procedures, internal controls, and regulatory requirements related to assigned responsibilities • Provide backup support for higher-level operational functions • Assist with training and support of team members as assigned • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies • Support the Bank's BSA/AML compliance efforts by remaining alert to unusual or suspicious activity and adhering to related policies, procedures, and reporting requirements. • Assists with any other duties as directed or required by Supervisor.
