POSITION SUMMARY:

The Department Manager is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by preparing and ensuring the freshest quality product. Deli Sales Managers achieve this through supervision of all functions in the deli department including but not limited to; achieving sales/operational results through ordering, production, decision making, customer and employee engagement, employee development, and encouraging an inclusive team atmosphere within the department, store and company. Department Managers are additionally responsible for compliance to all laws and company policies and procedures including labor and safety regulations, asset protection and food safety.
