Position Information:
Under the general direction of the building administrator, ensures that school buildings and environment is safe, clean, functional, well-maintained, and secure.
Shift Details: 8 hours a day; 200 day calendar; shift hours are 10:00am-6:30pm
Continuing Position: Employees have reasonable assurance of continued employment to the following school year. However, an employee's total work hours, work locations, and the designated beginning and ending times may vary.
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Hourly Rate: $33.35 (hourly) (2026-2027 Salary Schedule) [Rate is effective Sept. 1, 2026]

LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires the physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, and twist, lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders and work at heights of 45 feet. Should be able to work in confined spaces for prolonged periods.
