Dental Lab Technician – Removables (Dentures/Partials)

Must have removable dental lab experience to apply.
Pay is based on experience.

Are you an experienced Dental Lab Technician with a passion for creating high-quality dentures and partials from start to finish? Do you take pride in your craftsmanship and want to be part of a growing, team-driven organization?

At Robinson Dental, we operate an in-house dental laboratory that supports our three current locations, with a fourth location opening in June 2026. We are looking for a skilled Removables Lab Technician who can manage cases independently while working alongside a supportive team of doctors, assistants, and lab professionals.

What You’ll Do:
  • Fabricate full dentures and partials from start to finish

  • Set teeth, wax-ups, processing, finishing, and polishing

  • Complete repairs, relines, and adjustments

  • Pour models, articulate cases, and work with impressions/bites

  • Maintain quality control and consistency on all removable cases

  • Communicate with doctors and clinical teams to ensure proper case outcomes

  • Support lab organization and workflow as needed

  • 2+ years of dental lab experience preferred (removables required)

  • Strong knowledge of removable prosthetics materials and processes

  • Ability to complete cases independently with minimal supervision

  • High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
