Williams Dental Lab is a state-of-the-art dental lab located in Gilroy, California that prioritizes customer service.   We are dedicated to growing our team with self-motivated individuals who are organized, detail oriented and able to learn and adapt to Williams Dental Lab protocols.  We are looking for an Experienced Dental Ceramist.

Requirements:

  • Speak, read and understand English
  • Located in commuting distance of Gilroy, California (no relocation is available)
  • Have a positive and professional attitude
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Able to accept direction/correction on work related tasks
  • Time management, and ability to prioritize work
  • Advanced knowledge of ceramics anatomy and aesthetics
  • Artistic ability
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Dental Technician experience of 3 or more years
  • CAD/CAM experience is desirable
  • All on X experience desirable
  • Ability to thrive in a fast passed environment
  • Cosmetic smile design knowledge
  • Proven record of high quality work in dental restorations

Job Duties

  • Fabricate crowns, bridges, prepless and prepped veneers and implants
  • Operate precision instruments
  • Collaborate with team to understand Doctor needs and preferences
  • Provide aesthetic and functional results consistently
  • Follow Williams Dental Lab protocols
  • Deliver precision dental restorations that uphold the highest standards of quality
  • Work on complex Restorations that require advanced artistry and expertise.
  • Provide client centered service that goes above and beyond client expectations
  • Identify and troubleshoot problems, make adjustments as needed to resolve the issues
  • Manage and prioritize multiple cases, ensuring on time delivery of final restorations
