Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Dental Lab Technician to join our team. This role is designed to support the Lab Manager in ensuring efficient operations, smooth case management, and clear communication across departments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and willing to take on both administrative and hands-on lab responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Lab Manager in day-to-day operations and workflow management.
  • Track and organize incoming and outgoing cases to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage lab case documentation, including prescriptions, orders, and digital case records.
  • Facilitate communication between the dental lab, clinical team, and other departments.
  • Maintain lab inventory by monitoring supplies, placing orders, and restocking as needed.
  • Support quality assurance by assisting with light finishing and polishing of lab cases.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment.
  • Provide administrative support to streamline processes and improve case turnaround times.

Growth Expectation:

Within the first 6 months, the candidate will develop the skills and confidence to work independently on lab cases from start to finish, including case design and fabrication, while upholding the labโ€™s quality and efficiency standards.
