Our growing, state-of-the-art in-house dental lab is looking for a skilled Exocad Designer & Ceramist to join our fast-paced, technology-driven team. If you thrive in advanced digital workflows, take pride in esthetic excellence, and want to collaborate closely with clinical teams, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Design: Design high-quality crowns, bridges, implant restorations, and digital prosthetics using Exocad.

  • Production & CAM: Operate CAM software and milling equipment; ensure precise fit and quality.

  • Finishing & Artistry: Perform staining, glazing, and high-end ceramic finishing.

  • Collaboration: Partner with doctors and lab teams on complex cases; assist with patient shade-matching and consultations (willingness to learn is key).

  • Adaptability: Assist with orthodontic design (training provided) and adopt new laboratory technologies.

Qualifications
  • Required: Strong proficiency with Exocad and digital dental workflows (CAM/milling).

  • Required: Skilled in staining, glazing, and ceramic finishing.

  • Preferred: Ceramist and implant restoration experience.

  • Preferred: Patient-facing experience (or willingness to be trained).

  • Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, collaborative, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
