About Us:
Smile Solutions of Baltimore is a state-of-the-art dental practice with cutting-edge technology and a reputation for providing exceptional patient care. Visit us at www.smilesolutionsofbaltimore.com to learn more about our practice.

Background:
I purchased this practice 12 years ago from a retiring dentist and have since successfully merged two additional practices—one in 2022 and another in June 2024, which was Dr. Keith Schmidt’s practice. Dr. Schmidt plans to phase out in 2025, creating an excellent opportunity for a motivated associate dentist to join our team.

Position Details:

  • Office Hours:
Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Available Workdays: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
  • Compensation: 35% of collections, with the associate responsible for 35% of lab expenses

We pride ourselves on providing our team with the latest in dental technology to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Here’s what you’ll have access to:

  • Weave communication system for seamless patient interaction

Insurance and Growth Plans:

Dr. Ritter is out-of-network with all insurances, and our long-term goal is to phase out insurance participation while maintaining high productivity for both the associate and Dr. Ritter.

Mentorship and Growth Opportunity:
I am committed to providing mentorship to help you grow clinically, personally, and professionally. This is a unique opportunity to learn how to present and deliver complex treatment plans while building lasting patient relationships.
