A dental lab assistant supports dental technicians by preparing and sterilizing materials, organizing supplies, and assisting with the fabrication of dental prosthetics such as crowns, bridges, and dentures. They often work in a laboratory setting, using tools like dental impression materials and following safety protocols. Attention to detail and basic knowledge of dental procedures are important for this role.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a dental lab assistant, and why are they important?
