Job description

At Demi, hospitality begins long before our guests arrive. We're seeking a Server Concierge—a unique hybrid role that combines reservation concierge responsibilities with exceptional fine dining service.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives on organization, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences from the first interaction to the final farewell.

As our Server Concierge, you'll coordinate reservations and special requests before service, then join the dining room to deliver warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service throughout the evening.


Typical Schedule

  • Concierge: Wednesdays, 12:00 PM.–3:30 PM (plus additional coverage as needed)
  • Dinner Service: Approximately 3:30 PM–9:00 PM

Demi is open Wednesday through Sunday. Evening availability during service days is required.


What You'll Do

Concierge Responsibilities

  • Manage reservations and guest communications.
  • Coordinate special occasions, dietary needs, and guest preferences.
  • Maintain detailed guest profiles and service notes.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to prepare for each evening's guests.
  • Provide reservation coverage on Wednesdays and as needed.

Server Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional fine dining service using Demi's established steps of service.
  • Guide guests through tasting menus, beverage pairings, and wine selections.
  • Anticipate guest needs while creating a relaxed, personalized experience.
  • Execute professional wine service.
  • Support dining room setup, maintenance, and breakdown.
  • Work collaboratively with the entire service team to ensure flawless execution.
