At Demi, hospitality begins long before our guests arrive. We're seeking a Server Concierge—a unique hybrid role that combines reservation concierge responsibilities with exceptional fine dining service.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives on organization, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences from the first interaction to the final farewell.
As our Server Concierge, you'll coordinate reservations and special requests before service, then join the dining room to deliver warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service throughout the evening.
Typical Schedule
Demi is open Wednesday through Sunday. Evening availability during service days is required.

What We're Looking For
We're searching for hospitality professionals who are:
Previous fine dining experience and wine knowledge are strongly preferred.
