Job description

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.
Work You'll Do
As an Analytics and Insights Engineer II on the Momentum Financials Software Support team, you will be responsible for:
  • Provide end-user support for functional issues within Momentum Financials and associated financial processes
  • Intake, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve user inquiries, incidents, and system issues
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams and track them through resolution
  • Create and maintain functional specification documentation and support application testing activities
  • Support financial reporting, accounting, and system-related process improvement efforts
A successful candidate would possess these skills:

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product

Manages risk and opportunities associated with diverse and complex grant programs through end-to-end grants management solutions.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active TS SCI clearance with polygraph
  • Required Security+ certification
  • 2+ years of experience with financial and management reporting and financial accounting
  • 1+ years of experience with cloud accounting systems and application testing
  • Ability to work onsite in Chantilly, VA 100% of the time
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
  • Experience with business intelligence reporting
  • Certified Help Desk Manager certification
  • Experience supporting financial close activities
