nowledge | Experience | Skills:

Experience - Four-year degree in an Information Technology field required OR Two-year degree in Information Technology field with two years’ practical experience in an Information Technology field required. A firm understanding of business flows through various departments and what transactions are supporting those workflows.

Skills required — Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), ERP experience (Oracle, Dynamic, DelmiaWorks(IQMS)) and database experience (Oracle and SQL server). Must be able to report and understand business processes to develop accurate files for inter-commerce B2B file structure types (x12, xml, edifact) and manage the data interchange process.

Personal skills – must have complex problem-solving skills. Capacity to communicate (verbal and written) complex ideas and processes to end user at every level of the organization. Work in teams with many skills sets and knowledge bases.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with end users and management to determine new needs for more B2B solutions.
• Project Management, working with other team members or subcontractors to troubleshoot and develop.
• Use reporting software or other query tools to create and modify reports and queries that help users be more efficient in their jobs.
• Study current systems and/or develop/recommend new systems and procedures to devise workable solutions.
• Help automate tasks and systems integrations where there is a need.
• Analyze data and select the most feasible and economical method of achieving desired results.
• Prepare system specifications including input and output requirements.
• Document work instructions and processes.
• Utilize IT ticketing system to track support issues and activities.
