Role & Responsibilities
As a DELMIAWorks Business Development Associate (BDA), you will generate qualified opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline. You will support lead generation efforts by researching, engaging, and developing relationships through a variety of outbound outreach methods.
You will partner with DELMIAWorks sales teams to identify and engage new prospects within assigned accounts, while consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics for outbound activity, accepted opportunities, and dedicated prospecting time.
Qualifications Qualifications
3+ years of experience in business development or inside sales
Strong organizational and time management skills
CRM experience with Salesforce, HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Demonstrated drive and initiative in achieving goals
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and adapting to change
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and related tools

Compensation & Benefits
Dassault Systรจmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Benefits include a choice of plans providing comprehensive coverage for medical, dental, vision care for employee & dependents as well as employee life, short & long term disability, tuition reimbursement, immediate 401K enrollment, 401K match (50 cents on the dollar, up to the first 8% of your eligible compensation that you contribute based on match eligibility criteria), flexible time off policy, and 10 paid holidays.
Salary Pay Transparency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $73000 and $94000 per hour.
