Job description

Command Robbinsville is one of the nation's leading book manufacturers. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility produces millions of books each week. We offer a clean, air-conditioned work environment and a strong team atmosphere.
We are currently seeking Stacker Operators for our Press Room department across all shifts. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for candidates looking to grow with our organization.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist the press operator and roll tender in daily printing operations
• Assist in the operation and maintenance of the press
• Follow the production schedule for printing jobs
• Review job bags to obtain correct job information for stacker setup
• Ensure the correct load flags are being used
• Complete all required information on load flags, including initials, shift, bundle quantities, pallet counts, and net amounts
• Identify office copies using yellow O.C. flags and red crayon markings
• Ensure proper pallets and end boards are used for the product being produced
• Properly identify outside binds and use the correct pallets
• Check signatures for proper pagination and quality
• Continuously monitor jobs to ensure customer requirements are met
• Complete skid logs and return them to the job bag
• Fill in required information in the communication logbook
• Maintain a clean and organized production area
• Set up the stacker to maximize bundle quality and minimize product damage
