About Us

We are a leading industrial mechanical, electrical, and civil construction services provider for the fossil and nuclear power, pulp and paper, chemical, mining, and general manufacturing industries. We provide a full range of industrial facilities maintenance and process maintenance services.

Job Summary

 MOR PPM Inc. seeks an equipment operator located in Pineville, SC. This is a full-time regular position with an ongoing maintenance crew. Commercial job experience a plus,  Bobcat and some equipment experience preferred.

Duties:

  • Operates stationary equipment including: Tripper Cars, Stacker Reclaimer and Dumper
  • Drives and operates trucks and transports materials needed for projects
  • Ensure company equipment and material is maintained, kept clean and stored in a safe manner
  • Keep work area clean
  • Proactively communicate with foreman, superintendent and coworkers
  • Complete required paperwork, reporting and other documentation as required
  • Communication skills necessary

 Qualifications & Skills:

  • Must have a valid Drivers License
  • Preferred at least 1 year Operating Equipment

Physical Requirements/Job Site Requirements:

  • Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically via DocuSign
  • May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Must posses enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above
  • Must be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas
  • Must have full range of motion consistent with age
  • Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders
  • Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noises
  • Visual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces
  • Safety/Steel toe shoes are required.
