Anticipated Salary Range: $103,467.00 - $150,000.00. The salary range for this role is intended as a good faith estimate based on the role's location, expectations, and responsibilities. Job Description
Enlighten is looking for an experienced Product Champion to directly support operations with special emphasis on U.S. Air Force. Will help provide cyber defence operators assistance with leveraging Big Data Platform (BDP) capabilities and provide technical support with running queries, analytic support, and customer data analysis. Will assist in training and adoption of various analytics and applications developed for cyber operations on the government owned JCRS-D(JCWA Common Runtime Stack for Data) platform. Work is performed 5 days a week on customer sites as well as travel up to 25% to support customers CONUS and OCONUS as necessary.

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Regular activities consist of hunting for threats, reporting on findings, and converting tools, techniques and processes into automated capabilities for the current cyber platform.
  • Will also be responsible for collecting customer Cyber Operations requirements, generating use cases, providing Cyber SME support and system training to end users.
  • Establish, foster and strengthen relationships between company and targeted government customers.
  • Function as the SME for Air Force operational JCRS-D capabilities and work to operationalize capabilities into the customers daily operations. Provide excellent technical support to users of the Air Force JCRS-D and its applications.
  • Serve as the lead for gathering requirements from Air Force customers and convey them to developers by establishing development roadmaps. Answer user questions and troubleshoot issues related to the platform.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on data that is resident on the platform.
  • Evaluate and analyze new or potential data feeds to determine relevance and usability of data for customer(s).
  • Leverage advanced statistical modeling to uncover hidden patterns and translate them into intuitive, customer-facing visualizations.
  • Synthesize diverse data streams into coherent data products that help customers visualize their progress and identify new opportunities.
  • Responsible for understanding our technology / capabilities and championing accordingly.
  • Provide company leadership updates on the project status, key customer engagements and overall assessment of the government's direction and adoption of capabilities.
  • Work with the Enlighten's Customer Experience Group (CEG) to develop and implement development plans, operational roadmaps, and action plans for identified communities of interest.
  • Expand future opportunities by working with existing customers. Help the Air Force project lead identify new opportunities. Document and maintain opportunities in the company's CEG pipeline tools.
  • Develop customer relationships and maintain updated knowledge of customer plans, programs, and general market intelligence.
  • Develop an external network of solution partners and providers.
  • Own the customer experience success from start to finish. Work closely with company development and engineer teams to ensure DevSecOps pipeline delivery dates track with customer targets and timelines.
  • Act as the focal point to pushing capabilities out to the customer. Ensure the customer is fully aware of relevant DevSecOps pipeline touchpoints to ensure acceptance of new updates, features or capabilities.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Security Clearance: A current TS/SCI level U.S. Government security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship required.
  • 5+ years in DoD cyber, agile development, and/or big data with a B.A. in Business, a technical field, or related; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
  • Must have prior government or military experience with any of the following organizations: MARFORCYBER, DCSA, DISA, Army Cyber, U.S. Cyber Command, U.S. Air Force (AFCYBER), or 10TH Fleet / Navy Cyber.
  • Experience directly managing complex technical projects and or programs.
  • Knowledge of Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO), including threat hunting methodologies.
  • Technical experience with cyber data analysis to include continuous monitoring, intelligence, and reporting.
  • Ability to abstract threat hunting concepts to look at the 'big picture' and discover threats that aren't captured by traditional methods (e.g. SIEMs).
  • Experience in big data hunting analysis and reporting.
  • Advanced experience in using cyber tools, defensive toolkits, endpoint and network sensors, SIEMs, and threat sharing platforms (e.g. MISP).
  • Advanced experience with the MITRE ATT&CK framework and associated TTPs.
  • Experience with SQL querying
  • Python experience as it applies to data science, ie pulling in data and creating models, analytics, and/or automated hunts.
  • Leverages an understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, systems monitoring, and networking to identify suspicious patterns and behaviors within the ecosystem.
  • Strength working with customers to understand products and help with more adoption/buy-in.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with others. Ability to speak in a public forum.
  • Excellent interviewing skills including active listening and empathy.
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well independently with little input, and as a part of a team.
  • Excellent work ethic and a high commitment to quality.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%, sometimes on short notice CONUS. OCONUS travel as necessary.
  • Ability to work on customer site in LackLand AFB, TX 5 days a week.

Preferred Requirements
  • Prior experience interfacing, consulting and training customers is a big plus.
  • CISSP, CEH or similar certification.
  • DoD 8140 / 8570 compliance certifications may be required in this position as directed by the customer.
  • Experience with Software Engineering, Cloud Technologies and Cyber Security.
  • Technical background strong enough to determine system requirements and work closely with engineering and management to ensure accurate design and estimating would be an asset, but not required.
  • Any previous BDP/JCRS-D/Data Lake experience is a huge plus.
