Leidos is on the hunt for a Cyber Integration Project Manager to support the AFCYBER USCYBERCOM 2.0 Integration Task Force at Lackland AFB, in San Antonio, TX. The Project Manager will serve as the primary integrator, ensuring seamless communication and project tracking between strategic headquarters (HAF, USCYBERCOM), the operational staff (16 AF), external parters, and tactical execution elements (subordinate Wings). The PM is responsible for maintaining the master schedule and driving accountability across the Talent, Training, and Operational Ecosystem LOEs. Interested candidates must currently possess an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the Task Force's primary liaison and central integration node coordinating USCYBERCOM 2.0 implementation efforts among HAF, USCYBERCOM, the 16 AF A-Staff, and subordinate units.
  • Facilitate multi-echelon synchronization meetings, ensuring unified messaging, strategic alignment, and the rapid dissemination of higher-headquarters tasking and guidance.
  • Draft, review, and consolidate briefings, situation reports, and strategic communications tailored for HAF, USCYBERCOM, and 16 AF leadership.
  • Facilitate Central Integration. Ensure tasks and communications between HAF, USCYBERCOM, 16 AF, Wings, and other partners are accurately tracked and routed to the correct stakeholders.
  • Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule, Task Tracking Board, and Weekly Update Brief Slides

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Current TS/SCI security clearance
  • BA/BS and 10 years of related experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted for degree.
  • Thorough understanding of the Cyber Mission Force organizational/employment construct
  • Experience working on a headquarters staff and coordinating with superior, subordinate, and peer organizations
