Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage high-visibility projects within the Cyber Fusion Center organization from initiation through delivery.
  • Organize project efforts across multiple stakeholders, teams, and workstreams to ensure timely execution and alignment.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and action plans.
  • Prepare clear documentation, status updates, executive summaries, and presentation materials for both senior leadership and technical stakeholders.
  • Track risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies; escalate appropriately and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between security operations, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.
  • Support agentic and AI-enabled initiatives by managing delivery plans, stakeholder coordination, and implementation follow-through.
  • Facilitate meetings and working sessions to drive alignment, accountability, and next-step ownership.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting on status, accomplishments, risks, blockers, and upcoming milestones.
  • Ensure strong organization, documentation discipline, and visibility across all project activities.
  • Partner with technical teams to support execution planning, implementation coordination, and delivery readiness.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in project governance, communication, and delivery practices.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in a fast-moving, high-visibility environment.
Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
    • 10+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or delivery leadership roles in technology or cybersecurity environments.
    • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
    • Strong ability to create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for executive and technical audiences.
    • Strong documentation skills, including status reporting, executive summaries, meeting notes, and action tracking.
    • Demonstrated ability to organize work effectively, manage ambiguity, and drive execution in a high-visibility environment.
    • Familiarity with Cyber Fusion Center, cybersecurity operations, or related technical delivery environments.
    • Experience supporting AI-enabled, automation, or agentic initiatives is preferred.
    • Strong proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
    • Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and drive accountability without direct authority.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience supporting Cyber Fusion Center, cybersecurity transformation, or technology modernization efforts.
    • Exposure to AI, automation, or agentic workflow initiatives in an enterprise environment.
    • PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification preferred.
    • Experience presenting to executive leadership or steering committees.
