Overview

Position Title: Cyber Project Manager L2Location: Albuquerque, NM

Job Summary

Tutulu LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, well-qualified individual to fill the Program Cyber Project Manager L2 position. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented group of individuals committed to driving success.

The Information Technology Project Manager supports the Space Rapid Capabilities Office (SpRCO) by planning, coordinating, and executing IT projects that enable mission success. The person in this role will work closely with cyber, operations, contracting, and financial management teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable IT capabilities across the organization. The IT Project Manager, under the direction of the Chief, Cyber/Plans & Programs Division, will plan and respond to program IT requirements and serve as the primary IT point of contact for projects involving new facility stand-ups, network expansions, and installation of new network capabilities. The IT Project Manager will coordinate with SpRCO IT Operations, Kirtland IT, and external enterprise network teams to identify technically sound solutions and develop equipment lists. This individual will also gather emerging software requirements and collaborate with cybersecurity for networthiness determinations and with Unit Software License Managers for purchase approval. The IT Project Manager will also: prepare and process required documentation with Base Equipment Control Office; develop project plans, monitor progress, and brief leadership on status, risks and outcomes; ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget; manage project resources, including procurement, receipt, storage, and tracking of equipment; monitor project performance, schedule adherence, and expenditure of allocated funds; coordinate with IT Operations and end users to ensure completed projects meet technical, operational, sustainment, and training requirements; oversee project-related documentation required by contracting, financial management, and network enterprise teams; maintain awareness of SpRCO IT Network Requests in coordination with Command Validator; and analyze IT asset inventories and produce annual technical refresh reports.

Active Top-Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility.

5+ years relevant DoD work with practical hands-on experience in contracts and subcontract At least 2 years' experience in a SAP and or SCI environment and worked in this environment within the last five years May be required to consent to and successfully complete a Government Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph Plan, organize, and execute SpRCO IT projects under the direction of the Chief, Cyber / Plans & Programs Division. Coordinate with IT Operations, Kirtland IT, and external enterprise network teams to identify technically sound solutions and develop equipment lists. Lead IT Directorate involvement in planning and responding to program IT requirements, including support for base led IT and infrastructure upgrades. Serve as the primary IT point of contact for projects involving new facility stand ups, network expansions, and installation of new network capabilities. Gather emerging software requirements and collaborate with cybersecurity for networthiness determinations and with Unit Software License Managers for purchase approval. Work with contracting, financial management, and OM teams to secure, allocate, and track funding for approved IT projects and software acquisitions. Prepare and process required documentation with the Base Equipment Control Office. Develop project plans, monitor progress, and brief leadership on status, risks, and outcomes. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Manage project resources, including procurement, receipt, storage, and tracking of equipment. Monitor project performance, schedule adherence, and expenditure of allocated funds. Coordinate with IT Operations and end users to ensure completed projects meet technical, operational, sustainment, and training requirements. Oversee project related documentation required by contracting, financial management, and network enterprise teams (e.g., Statements of Work, equipment lists, 3215s, policy waivers). Maintain awareness of IT Network Requests (ITNRs) in coordination with the Command Validator. Analyze IT asset inventories and produce annual technical refresh reports, including:o Identifying replacement requirementso Determining appropriate purchase vehicles (BPAs, GSA 2GIT, waivers)o Preparing purchase packages for approval Other duties as assigned.

Security Clearance

Physical Requirements

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary.

Occasional operation of a government vehicle as required.
