CCG seeks an intelligent, mission focused, and passionate top-notch individual to join our high-performing team. As a Project Manager at CCG you'll lead a multi-functional team providing solutions to challenging problems in the cyber operations mission domain for a key Federal Government customer. We expect Project Managers to be effective team leaders, drive team execution through the full development lifecycle, build trusting relationships with customers and stakeholders, be at the forefront of new ideas and drive continuous improvement of quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as Project Manager for an effort supporting a particular customer, developing solutions to complex problems in support of cyber operations
  • Provide leadership to multiple small development teams while managing execution to achieve program cost, technical, and schedule commitments
  • Assist customers in shaping the vision for each project via quarterly goals, stakeholder engagement, and overall domain awareness
  • Participate and lead your teams through Program Increment planning, manage execution of your teams throughout the Program Increment and keep the government appraised of issues that impact delivery
  • Build strong, trusted relationships and ensure customer/stakeholder feedback, concerns, and issues are regularly captured and addressed
  • Build team continuity and resiliency in order to drive ongoing effectiveness and quality improvements
  • Support all customer/stakeholder and other key events throughout the project lifecycle to include test events, integration, deployments, training, technical exchanges, and other regular engagements
  • This is a hybrid position. Many work days will not require in office or onsite work, but quarterly travel to planning events and travel in support of testing events will be required
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Top Secret (TS) security clearance, with ability to obtain TS/SCI
  • Four or more (4+) years of Project Management experience
  • Located within commuting distance of Columbia, MD and Herndon, VA
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of software development, specifically Agile methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A drive for excellence and quality
  • Attitude of team success before self
Preferred Qualifications
  • Past experience supporting Cyber Mission Forces to include USCYBERCOM, National Mission Forces, or Service Cyber Components
  • Current TS/SCI
  • Strong understanding and/or direct experience with military or IC cyber operations and capabilities
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition and contracting processes
  • Agile certifications; strong knowledge of Scale Agile Framework
  • Knowledge about, and demonstrated ability to identify and capture new opportunities within the Federal Government domain. This includes knowledge of Federal Government funding, funding cycles, business development lifecycle, white paper development, cost estimating, and overall understanding of customer spending trends
