Standard Job Description The Cyber Pursuits team is seeking an Engineering Project Management lead on an ADP Program. The scope includes Control Account Manager and Proposal Lead for the Cyber portfolio. Responsibilities include: -Control Account Manager -Proposal Lead - Leading the execution and monthly Business Rhythm - Directly contributing to the Cost, Schedule and Technical health of ADP.

-Help shape and implement Value Stream Team (VST) process on Proposals - Collaborate with an Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS) Manager, including VAR work cells and Estimate to Complete monthly reviews - Engaging with Tech Leads, Line of Business and L-Codes to understand their needs and use cases - Helping to shape the strategy and vision for the Emerging Technologies Directorate Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a Final Secret security clearance. Accountable for overall engineering technical, cost and schedule performance on a specific program.

Provides primary Tech Ops interface with Program Management (PM) Office/Customer for all programmatic items on a specific program.Responsible for identification and closure of technical issues.Meets/Exceeds all technical commitments made to the programs.Tracks Estimated time to Complete/Earned Value Management (ETC/EVM) Metrics to monitor program performance and identify technical or Tech Ops staffing risks, while managing cost/schedule.Ensures requirements baseline in documents, tracked, maintained, and verified.Ensures establishment and tracking of key Technical Performance Measures (TPM).Provides timely and accurate projections of engineering resource requirements.Works with PM to ensure GRID is up to date. Works closely with first and second line functional leaders to identify and secure appropriate staffing, coordinates with the PM office and first line managers on proposed engineering staffing changes prior to changes.Works with PM to ensure organizational standard processes are adapted, approved and followed.Leverages proven processes, lessons learned, and best practices from other parts of business or industry.In concert with the LOB and/or Market Segment Chief Engineer, ensures program plans and technical baselines are consistent with Program Control processes and Modern Engineering Practices.EPM is also responsible for the Chief Architect (CA) roles and responsibilities when the project or market segment does not utilize CAs.Depending on size/complexity of program, EPM role may be filled from Chief Engineer or Centers of Excellence (COE) organization.This classification requires approval from sub senior leadership team (SLT) leader in employee's chain of command. Basic Qualifications Experience with Earned Value management processes Experience with systems engineering lifecycle Experience with Basis of Estimates Ability to work proactive with tight deadlines Desired Skills Bachelor Degree in a STEM or Business-related discipline or equivalent Strong interpersonal skills Familiar with Risk Management Framework (RMF) contractual requirements in support of new proposals Familiar with Cyber contractual requirements in support of new proposals Familiar with MBSE contractual requirements in support of new proposals Basic understanding of Post Authority to Operate (ATO) responsibilities (Patch/STIG management and POA&M Compliance) Experience with Lockheed Martin Proposal/BOE process Cost Account Management (CAM) Certification/Experience Strong knowledge of Program and Company Command Media Experience leading a cross functional team Experience managing multiple integrated projects and/or people Experience tracking/managing contractual deliveries to closure Ability to effectively communicate at any level of management Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people
