Our growth requires leaders who operate both strategically and tactically, think big to drive new opportunities, dive deep in data to uncover customer insights, break down and solve complex problems, and drive operational excellence.
The Kindle Devices team is seeking a customer-obsessed Product Marketing leader to drive awareness and adoption of Kindle Scribe as a work tool for enterprise customers. It's still Day 1 with Kindle Scribe, and we're seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager & Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead to own and drive end-to-end GTM strategy for new product launches

This highly cross-functional role requires a proven leader experienced in developing sales and marketing motions for 0-to-1 products and scaling them across diverse enterprise customer segments and channels.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of product launch cycles, channel partner ecosystems, and sales enablement. They will be responsible for building and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies, collaborating closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and excellence in execution.

This is a hands-on role, and you will be responsible for diving deep on technical engagements with channel partners, and enabling sales teams to effectively bring our products to enterprise customers. You will be at the center of activity and will need to lead multiple teams through your actions and direction.
Key job responsibilities
GTM Strategy Ownership:
- Define and drive the end-to-end multi-year GTM strategy for Kindle Scribe adoption in enterprises.
- Build and maintain detailed GTM playbooks aligned with product roadmaps, customer needs, and sales/channel objectives.
- Drive positioning, messaging, and enterprise market segmentation for new and existing products.
Channel Strategy & Partner Engagement:
- Develop and establish a scalable channel strategy to help in launching and scaling Kindle Scribe adoption.
- Identify, recruit, and manage strategic channel partners to support product launches.
- Drive partner enablement programs, tools and materials to ensure partner and product success.
Sales Enablement:
- Build sales playbooks, tools, training, and enablement programs to drive adoption and pipeline growth.
- Own post-launch evaluation and iterate GTM approaches based on performance and field feedback.
Marketing Leadership:
- Own and drive marketing strategies for new products, collaborating with the marketing team to launch integrated campaigns.
- Partner with product marketing to develop messaging frameworks, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Partner and Technical Field professionals to determine how to best accelerate growth.
